Salon Policy

Tardiness

Scheduled appointments have a 10‑minute grace period to allow for traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate being later than 10 minutes, please call ahead to check availability. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may refuse partial or complete services.

Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled by calling us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your time to another client. We understand emergencies happen; however repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may result in future appointments being cancelled. To retain scheduled appointments after a missed booking, please call the salon within 3 days to secure them.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your nails, please tell us before you leave the salon. We will adjust the work to your satisfaction or remove enhancements/coatings if required. No cash refunds are given after you have left the salon; repairs and refunds are at the salon's discretion.

Treatment Recommendations

Book acrylic/gel refill appointments regularly to maintain enhancements and protect your natural nails. Nail enhancements should never be self‑removed — this can damage your natural nails. We offer professional and safe removal at a cost.

Treatment Expectations

Nail extensions will gradually show natural growth and may lift with extensive exposure to water or cleaning chemicals. We recommend infills approximately every 2 weeks. Polish wear depends on activity — regular polish may chip within days; gel polish can last up to two weeks depending on use.

Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to decline any treatment if it is deemed inappropriate or potentially harmful. Refunds and repairs are discretionary; defects reported within one week are usually repaired free of charge.
